Emerging from this turbulent investment landscape, Jackie questioned the superfluous fees for investment vehicles and for portfolio management commanded by brokers. Her conclusion forged the fundamental building blocks of her vision for Torrey Capital Investments and resulted a new path for her clients. This new direction focuses on broadly diversified investment vehicles that are more tax efficient and cost effective.
